What to send there
- Something is broken. A tool returning an error, a blank result, a page that will not load.
- Account problems. A confirmation email that never arrived, a failed password reset, or a request to delete your account and everything attached to it.
- Data requests. Access, correction, erasure, portability — the full list is in the Privacy Policy. Write from the address on your account so it can be matched without asking you for more.
- Partnership and press enquiries. Same address. Say what you are proposing up front.
What to include
For a bug: the tool, the exact input you pasted, and what appeared instead of the result. Usually enough to reproduce it. Screenshots help. Please do not paste other people's personal data into an email — neither the tools nor the inbox are built to hold it.
What to expect back
There is no support team and no rota, so mail is answered when the operator is at a desk rather than inside a fixed window. Most messages get a reply within a few days. Data requests under the GDPR are answered within one month, which is the legal deadline and the one commitment here that does not depend on availability. If a week passes with nothing, send it again — it was lost, not ignored.
What does not exist
No phone line, no postal address, no live chat, and no contact form on this page — a form that posts into nothing is worse than none. Email is the whole channel.
The rules for using the tools are in the Terms of Service, cookies in the Cookie Policy, and background on the project in About.
