Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of easydropshipping.online and the tools on it. By creating an account or using a tool, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

1. Who you are contracting with

EasyDropshipping is operated by a private individual, not by a registered company. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that person.

The single contact channel is support@easydropshipping.online. If you need the operator's full identity, ask at that address and it will be given to you.

2. What the service is

EasyDropshipping is a suite of eight AI tools for dropshippers: Product Scout, Perfect Listing, Viral Ad, Product Validator, Supplier Finder, Cross-Border Translation, the UGC Swipe File, and the Support Bot. The AI analysis is performed by DeepSeek, and product data comes from the official AliExpress API.

The tools are free to use. We do not currently charge for any of them and we do not ask for payment details. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly before any charge, and you will never be billed for something you did not agree to.

3. Your account

• An account requires a working email address and a password. You confirm the address by clicking the link we email you; until you do, the account is not active. Use an address you control — it is how we verify you and how you recover access.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Do not share credentials or resell access.
• Tell us at support@easydropshipping.online if you think someone else has got into your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• scrape, crawl or hammer the tools with automated bulk requests, or try to route a third-party product around our interface;
• attempt to break, bypass or probe authentication, rate limits or any other security control;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contains other people's personal data;
• use the tools to build a competing service, or resell their output as your own paid service;
• do anything that degrades the service for other users.

If you break these rules we may suspend or delete the account, usually after a warning, immediately if the abuse is serious.

5. AI output — read this one

Specifically: a Winnability Score is a heuristic, not a guarantee. Margin figures are estimates based on data that may be stale or wrong. Supplier information comes from external sources and can change without notice. Generated listing copy and ad text are drafts you should read, edit and fact-check before publishing — including checking that claims are true and that they comply with the rules of whichever marketplace or ad platform you use. Decisions you make with our output, and the money you spend on them, are yours.

6. Third-party data and services

The tools display and process data from third parties, including the official AliExpress API. That data belongs to its owners, may be incomplete or out of date, and is subject to those parties' own terms. We do not control it and cannot warrant it.

7. Your content

What you submit stays yours. You grant us only the limited licence we need to run the service: to process your input, send it to our AI provider for analysis, return a result to you, and store the analysis in your account so you can see it later. We do not use your content to advertise to you or sell it on.

Output generated for you is yours to use in your own business. Because generated text is derived from a model, we cannot promise it is unique to you, and we do not claim ownership of it.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is free, and we make no uptime promise. We may change, limit or discontinue any tool, and we may take the service down for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, wasted ad spend, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can have your account and its stored analyses deleted by emailing support@easydropshipping.online. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 5, 6, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. If something goes wrong

The service is free of charge and open to people anywhere in the world. If you have a complaint or a dispute, raise it first by emailing support@easydropshipping.online, with enough detail to work out what happened. Almost anything can be sorted out that way, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have that cannot be signed away — in particular, if you use the service as a consumer, you keep every mandatory consumer protection given to you by the law of the country you live in.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced by email to registered users. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
